Rikard Björklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Mårtensson in the 31st minute of play. Stenkullen's Gustaf Olsson got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 40 minutes of play, Stenkullen's Gustaf Olsson made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ralf Fanström was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Stenkullen getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kjell Kruuse hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustaf Olsson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Pär Heggert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stenkullen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ralf Fanström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommy Godholm's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Vallsta's Ralf Fanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Olsson in the 62nd minute of play. Ralf Fanström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaf Olsson went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 71st match minute, Stenkullen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Godholm to maneuver through the defense. Rikard Björklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt-Arne Svensson went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. If Agne Vennerlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pär Heggert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Vallsta's Olof Mårtensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rikard Björklund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 97 minutes, Kjell Kruuse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stenkullen and the Vallsta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kjell Kruuse hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Stenkullen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
