Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Philip Sjögren kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philip Sjögren during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Särö booed when Skärplinge IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Särö's Börje Håkansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Sjögren in the 6th minute of play. Patric Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Hybbert in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Pihlwall in the 10th minute of play forced Skärplinge IK's goalkeeper Patric Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Löv hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Arvid Pihlwall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Särö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvid Pihlwall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Särö's Börje Håkansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Sjögren in the 26th minute of play. Aron Sjöberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Patric Berglund made a huge save. Patric Berglund was a little too slow when Arvid Pihlwall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 36 minutes of play, Skärplinge IK's Philip Sjögren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Börje Håkansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arvid Pihlwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patric Berglund having to interfere. Patric Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Pihlwall in the 45th minute of the match. Aron Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arvid Pihlwall was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arvid Pihlwall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patric Berglund was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 58th minute Aron Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patric Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Skärplinge IK's Ingvar Ahlén got a free kick in the 59th minute. Måns Linqvist's late challenge caught a Skärplinge IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Måns Linqvist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Särö getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Måns Linqvist hit a great ball. Börje Håkansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philip Sjögren in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 71st minute Skärplinge IK were awarded a corner. Mårten Fredriksson went to the cornerflag to take it. Skärplinge IK's Philip Sjögren got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Särö's goalkeeper Börje Håkansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Arvid Pihlwall notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Skärplinge IK's Patric Berglund. Patric Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Börje Håkansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrik Dalberg in the 83rd minute. Patric Berglund didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Särö's Aron Sjöberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Patric Berglund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Sjöberg's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 98 minutes into the game, Särö's Arvid Pihlwall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patric Berglund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Skärplinge IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Särö.
