Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Simon Lindqvist made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Sandberg in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philip Nordlander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tord Klack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Åke Jespersson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Lars-Erik Biörnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Varnhem FK's Niklas Vennerkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Kungsängen's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Lindqvist came free, but Tord Klack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Niklas Vennerkvist sped through Kungsängen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tord Klack. In the 26th minute of the match, Svante Sandberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Philip Nordlander saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 28 played minutes Kungsängen got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Alkvist. After 30 played minutes Kungsängen got a freekick which was hit by Erland Thidén. Tord Klack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tom Bröms who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Philip Nordlander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, Kungsängen's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Lindqvist came free, but Tord Klack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Svante Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Nordlander having to interfere. Simon Lindqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tord Klack came out and tried to block the shot, but Simon Lindqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 65th minute. Varnhem FK's Simon Lindqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Harald Hultman fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kungsängen's protests and gave Harald Hultman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kungsängen's Harald Hultman got a free kick in the 70th minute. The audience was convinced that Simon Lindqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tord Klack was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Tord Klack came out of the goal and Simon Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Lindqvist in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tord Klack saved Kungsängen from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Varnhem FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
