Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Stockaryd IF's Edgar Lidberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgar Lidberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edgar Lidberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mockfjärd! Sven-Edvin Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes, Mockfjärd's Andy Björkkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gert Käller came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mockfjärd reached it. After having played for 32 minutes, Henry Hydén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mockfjärd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Hydén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Hydén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Käller having to interfere. Edgar Lidberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alex Hamnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Askelöf hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Einar Ahlstedt's late challenge caught a Stockaryd IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Einar Ahlstedt helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Mockfjärd got a freekick which was hit by Einar Ahlstedt. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Ferm was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Edgar Lidberg made a precise shot to the right of Alex Hamnberg. Mockfjärd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Stockaryd IF booed when Mockfjärd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Lidberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alex Hamnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, one of Mockfjärd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mockfjärd. The referee gave Stockaryd IF a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Holger Wenerdahl, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mockfjärd's Alex Hamnberg. 3-0. Evert Ferm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Mockfjärd defense, Edgar Lidberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Hamnberg. The Mockfjärd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Hamnberg should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Evert Ferm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mockfjärd's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Ferm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gert Käller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Marko Blom fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockaryd IF's protests and gave Marko Blom a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Stockaryd IF's Marko Blom got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Henry Hydén got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Hydén got free with Gert Käller in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 77 minutes, Henry Hydén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mockfjärd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Hydén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 79 minutes of play, Mockfjärd's Henry Hydén made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gert Käller was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the match, Stockaryd IF's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Ferm came free, but Gert Käller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Hamnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Lidberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Stockaryd IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
