Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sten Påk started the match with the kick off. Lukas Larsfält was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Sten Påk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sten Påk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Sören Jönsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lukas Larsfält read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Marcus Alefors blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Åke Wennerlund having to make a save. If Marcus Alefors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Christoffer Gudmundsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Åke Wennerlund came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Enskededalen IK's Marcus Alefors. But to his dismay, Marcus Alefors quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Alefors in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Wennerlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Marcus Alefors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bo Rosendal fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Enskededalen IK's protests and gave Bo Rosendal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vankiva booed when Enskededalen IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Rosendal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Erik Palmquist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lukas Larsfält. Enskededalen IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Sören Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christoffer Gudmundsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Christoffer Gudmundsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jens-Åke Wennerlund. Christoffer Gudmundsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erling Hellström during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erling Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Christoffer Gudmundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Åke Wennerlund was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. When Börje Nordkvist fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vankiva's protests and gave Börje Nordkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Börje Nordkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Christoffer Gudmundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Åke Wennerlund was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Vankiva's zone, Marcus Alefors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Åke Wennerlund came out of the goal and Marcus Alefors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sören Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukas Larsfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Påk, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Sören Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Christoffer Gudmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Vankiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Algren to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Alefors recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Christoffer Gudmundsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Wennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Ted Häger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Enskededalen IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After 88 minutes, Ted Häger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enskededalen IK and the Vankiva players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vankiva booed when Enskededalen IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Häger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vankiva were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Enskededalen IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl-Erik Palmquist took the corner. Vankiva's Karl-Erik Palmquist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lukas Larsfält in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Enskededalen IK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bo Rosendal hit a great ball. Sören Jönsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Enskededalen IK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
