Fred Björkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Otto Söderberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jämshög and the Figeholm IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jämshög fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute, Karl-Erik Kilberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Philip Sandström struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Fred Björkman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jämshög. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philip Sandström was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rd minute, Philip Sandström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aron Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Lund in the 70th minute of play. Figeholm IFK's Carl Åström suffered a sore thigh after 84 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 87 minutes, Villiam Hjortsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Figeholm IFK and the Jämshög players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Karl-Erik Kilberg came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Jämshög fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Erik Kilberg couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
