In the 41stth minute of the game Valter Ekman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Svenljunga BF's Bertil Ahlrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertil Ahlrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Malmgren in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valter Ekman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hans Brask didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vilgot Ahlstedt went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute, Jonny Malmgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Ahlrot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 59th minute, Tomas Strömqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johannes Bock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Christer Eklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hans Brask. Möklinta IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christer Eklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Reine Skarkman charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reine Skarkman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Reine Skarkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svenljunga BF's Niclas Askstedt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Möklinta IK. After 71 minutes, Vilgot Ahlstedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Svenljunga BF and the Möklinta IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Christer Eklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Brask having to interfere. Möklinta IK's Hans Brask played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Eklund in the 78th minute of play. Bertil Ahlrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Ekman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Ahlrot was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Valter Ekman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valter Ekman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Eklund in the 85th minute of play forced Möklinta IK's goalkeeper Hans Brask to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans Brask showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Möklinta IK's Hans Brask played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Eklund in the 95th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
