After 6th play minutes Sune Collin shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Eric Hedbom and just under the crossbar into goal. Fred Hasselqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Tunberg in the 11th minute of play. When Gert Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lysvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert Axelsson couldn't finish the play. Sven-Oskar Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Charlie Tunberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Hasselqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Gert Axelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fred Hasselqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Charlie Tunberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fred Hasselqvist. That made the score 2-1 in the 29 minute of play. Fred Hasselqvist was a little too slow when Charlie Tunberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-1. Sörberge's Roger Ahlstedt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lysvik. Gert Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sune Collin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lysvik's Eric Hedbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Lysvik from getting a goal against them. Charlie Tunberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fred Hasselqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Axelsson in the 65th minute of the match. Fred Hasselqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Axelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Eric Hedbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Collin in the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Paulin got free with Eric Hedbom in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sune Collin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gert Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Hasselqvist came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Lysvik's Charlie Tunberg. But to his dismay, Charlie Tunberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Sörberge's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
