Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Charlie Lindell made the kick off which started today's match. With his leg Olof Wester managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Stensele's Karl-Michael Spetz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 5th minute, Leonard Hedin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the game, Sibbhult's Charlie Lindell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kevin Lindholm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kevin Lindholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Wennersten in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Stensele getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Valdemar Bergstedt hit a great ball. Ingvar Ahlrot kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Charlie Lindell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Lindholm having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Stensele got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Lövskog. If Christopher Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Berglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charlie Lindell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Lindholm having to interfere. Karl-Michael Spetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Wester having to interfere. After the first half Sibbhult were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Stensele's Kevin Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Lindell in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Stensele's goalkeeper Kevin Lindholm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christopher Wennersten. Stensele's Karl-Michael Spetz got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Per Wester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sibbhult booed when Stensele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Hökqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 74th minute when Charlie Lindell elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Per Wester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Olof Wester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Lindholm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christopher Wennersten in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Stensele getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pontus Lövskog hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, Allan Berglund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sibbhult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stensele the free kick. In the 85th match minute, Sibbhult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Berglund to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sibbhult's Allan Berglund got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute, Allan Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Michael Spetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Wester having to interfere. The Sibbhult supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sibbhult would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
