In the 4th minute, Allan Deckberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Burträsk booed when Borrby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilgot Mikaelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Allan Deckberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ralf Alberg. The goal made the score 1-0. Allan Deckberg struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ralf Alberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borrby. In the 21st minute Charlie Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Deckberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Alberg having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Håkan Smefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burträsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Håkan Smefeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Sefastsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sakarias Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Håning might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ralf Alberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Håning ran back to his position shaking his head. Burträsk's Ralf Alberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Deckberg in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Jarl Stenkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Borrby's Allan Deckberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Allan Deckberg made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Borrby's zone, Charlie Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Sefastsson came out of the goal and Charlie Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Burträsk's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Håning came free, but Ralf Alberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ralf Alberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Deckberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Håkan Smefeldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Sefastsson. Borrby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Håkan Smefeldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 74 minutes into the match, Borrby's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Smefeldt came free, but Kjell Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Hybbert kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Allan Deckberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Alberg having to interfere. Borrby walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
