Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gunnar Barck got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Mårdaklev IF's goalkeeper Petter Nordgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sivert Vikström. Gunnar Barck struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Petter Nordgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergeforsen. In the 17th match minute, Mårdaklev IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Bodin to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Karl-Magnus Svartengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Niklas Strandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Niklas Strandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Soned stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Alfors's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Sivert Vikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Petter Nordgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Patrick Alfors who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bergeforsen's Gösta Soned was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Gunnar Barck took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Petter Nordgren to make any attempt to save it. Oskar Walmarsson's late challenge caught a Mårdaklev IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Walmarsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Mårdaklev IF. Björn Bodin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gösta Soned. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Alfors in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gösta Soned prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petter Nordgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sivert Vikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Sivert Vikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mårdaklev IF's Patrick Alfors got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Sivert Vikström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergeforsen's supporters rose to their feet, but Sivert Vikström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petter Nordgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Bergeforsen's zone, Patrick Alfors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Soned came out of the goal and Patrick Alfors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Alfors was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Mårdaklev IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Patrick Alfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Bergeforsen's zone, Niklas Strandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Soned came out of the goal and Niklas Strandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Despite being the better team, Mårdaklev IF failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
