Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ian Holmgren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rickard Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Dalström in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, Kättilstorp IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Hansson to maneuver through the defense. Åke Dalström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Hansson during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Verner Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute, Karl-Michael Heggert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Verner Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Ian Holmgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rickard Johansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nils Granqvist made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Karl-Michael Heggert sent off a good shot on target. After 28 played minutes Kvänum BF got a freekick which was hit by Olof Hultman. Rickard Molander, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nils Granqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Arhenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Karl-Michael Heggert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Arhenius in the 41st minute of play forced Kvänum BF's goalkeeper Nils Granqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Kättilstorp IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Molander to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Verner Arhenius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Åke Dalström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Arhenius might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils Granqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Verner Arhenius ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kättilstorp IF's John Walmarsson in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kvänum BF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th minute of the match Rickard Molander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nils Granqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karl-Michael Heggert took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Granqvist. Nils Granqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kvänum BF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stefan Ekeberg in the 74th minute. A nice corner shot did that Stefan Ekeberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rickard Johansson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 76th minute, Olof Hultman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Kvänum BF's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Arhenius came free, but Nils Granqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Granqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Arhenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 88th minute, Verner Arhenius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils Granqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 92nd minute of the match Peder Kellberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rickard Johansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kättilstorp IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
