Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jon Backlund got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Backe FK's Elias Ahlstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Åke Ekström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ekenässjön's Allan Finman got a free kick in the 7th minute. Simon Tingelholm was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jon Backlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekenässjön's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Backlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Ivarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Josef Sandell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Simon Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ekenässjön's Edwin Svensson got a free kick in the 16th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Backe FK's Simon Tingelholm tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nils-Åke Ekström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Kvarnström in the 20th minute of play. Nils-Åke Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Kvarnström, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Backlund in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Ivarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Ivarsson came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekenässjön's Jon Backlund. But to his dismay, Jon Backlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jon Backlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Simon Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Elias Ahlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Ekström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Nils-Åke Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Ahlstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Åke Ekström having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Tage Kvarnström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Backe FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tage Kvarnström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Åke Ekström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Elias Ahlstedt struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Nils-Åke Ekström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Backe FK. Simon Ivarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Backlund's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Tage Kvarnström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Åke Ekström having to interfere. Elias Ahlstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Åke Ekström having to interfere. If Josef Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Tage Kvarnström lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Nils-Åke Ekström. Jon Backlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Backe FK got a freekick which was hit by Claes Matsson. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 95th minute, but Nils-Åke Ekström got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Ekenässjön hanging dry this time. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
