With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niklas Karlberg in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiktor Lidberg saved Gällivare from getting behind. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Örjan Wiklund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Nordkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Jens Björkdahl struck a weak shot in the 51st minute.
