Tage Kellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elof Holmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Sonny Offendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Staffan Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Lundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Eric Lundberg came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Alnarp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Lundberg couldn't finish the play. Staffan Olofsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximilian Jakobsson's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Tage Kellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximilian Jakobsson in the 41st minute of play forced Borgstena FF's goalkeeper Staffan Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximilian Jakobsson scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Staffan Olofsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximilian Jakobsson to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Alnarp's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Forsberg came free, but Elof Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Eric Lundberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tage Kellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Eric Lundberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alnarp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Eric Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tage Kellberg's late challenge caught a Alnarp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tage Kellberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Borgstena FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Kellberg to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Hallgren in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elof Holmgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Staffan Olofsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Allan Lindsten went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Eric Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Borgstena FF's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Jakobsson came free, but Staffan Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Forsberg scored 1-4 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elof Holmgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alnarp walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
