Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Torsten Bratt started the match with the kick off. Patrik Linberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jan Palm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Palm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Linberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Holger Nässén during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jan-Åke Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tvärred defense, Jan-Åke Månsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inge Östman. The Tvärred fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inge Östman should have stopped the shot. Jan-Åke Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

52 minutes into the match, Sture Klemensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Palm. Bredbyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sture Klemensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jan-Åke Månsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inge Östman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Jan-Åke Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Bratt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Inge Östman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Östman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Åke Månsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tvärred's Hugo Höijer got a free kick in the 65th minute. Torsten Bratt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Inge Östman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Torsten Bratt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Palm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Linberg in the 72nd minute of the match. Holger Nässén got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sture Klemensson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jan Palm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tvärred. After 78 played minutes Bredbyn got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Månsson. When Hugo Höijer fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tvärred's protests and gave Hugo Höijer a yellow card for diving instead. Hugo Höijer hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Jan-Åke Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
