Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Östra Frölunda getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Hampus Smefeldt hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Patric Kihlman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thor Rudkvist was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Östra Frölunda's Andreas Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Bergman in the 16th minute of play. Andreas Hegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Bergman in the 18th minute of play. Hampus Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hampus Smefeldt struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Thor Rudkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östra Frölunda. In the 29th minute Timmy Hedström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Hegg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thor Rudkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patric Kihlman in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Sverker Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Hegg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Östra Frölunda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rävlanda were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sverker Bergman was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Hampus Smefeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patric Kihlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Rudkvist having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Östra Frölunda got a freekick which was hit by Rune Jönsson. When Sverker Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Rävlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sverker Bergman couldn't finish the play. Magnus Beckman took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thor Rudkvist. Thor Rudkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Hampus Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
