Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Allan Örn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Wallin having to interfere. Dan Mellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Bjurström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Urban Bivall came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Åsenhöga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urban Bivall couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Bjurström in the 18th minute of play forced Färentuna's goalkeeper Dan Mellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Bjurström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dan Mellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Allan Örn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åsenhöga's Verner Wallin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Allan Örn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Bjurström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Mellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Paul Bjurström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Färentuna's goalkeeper Dan Mellberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urban Bivall. The attack was good, but when Tommy Andersson in the 46th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Verner Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Andersson in the 48th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Allan Örn made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patric Bank during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Åsenhöga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Färentuna:s goal. Verner Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tommy Andersson in the 63rd minute. If Tommy Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åsenhöga's Verner Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Örn in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Åsenhöga's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Västberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Färentuna's players had a chance to rest. Tommy Andersson in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Verner Wallin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tommy Andersson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Verner Wallin. Verner Wallin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kåre Eliasson during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Färentuna getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Kåre Eliasson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Bjurström in the 85th minute of play forced Färentuna's goalkeeper Dan Mellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play Färentuna's Kåre Eliasson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Färentuna's Kåre Eliasson got a free kick in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Färentuna's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Bivall came free, but Dan Mellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tommy Andersson in the 89th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Paul Bjurström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsenhöga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul Bjurström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Färentuna eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
