Kent Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Johan Fernström in the 2nd minute of play. Kurt Magnusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Dalgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Karl-Johan Fernström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Osvald Caspersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kurt Magnusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurt Magnusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvald Caspersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Caspersson in the 20th minute of play forced Råå BF's goalkeeper Kurt Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roland Giöck kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Kurt Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvald Caspersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Frösön's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Fernström came free, but Kent Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Råå BF's Alf Törnqvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kent Wallengren. Kent Wallengren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Fernström in the 41st minute of play forced Frösön's goalkeeper Kent Wallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Sven-Edvin Arhenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frösön and the Råå BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Råå BF booed when Frösön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Arhenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Johan Fernström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kent Wallengren came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Johan Fernström slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Kurt Magnusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Dalgren in the 51st minute. Kent Wallengren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf Törnqvist went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Alf Törnqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Wallengren was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Aleksander Falk's late challenge caught a Råå BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleksander Falk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Roland Giöck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frösön's Jonas Dalgren got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Karl-Johan Fernström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Råå BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Johan Fernström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Wallengren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Johan Fernström in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kent Wallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 87 minutes, Jonas Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frösön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Dalgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Råå BF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
