Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Leif Trillkott came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Älghult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Trillkott couldn't finish the play. Tjällmo IF's Axel Fogel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Eriksson in the 12th minute of play. Leif Trillkott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Axel Fogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andy Bollström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kjell Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Fogel having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Älghult! The goalkeeper, Jens-Ola Ström, was totally fooled by Tjällmo IF's Thomas Möllgren, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Andy Bollström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Kullander during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Magnus Kullander hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Thomas Möllgren from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Jens-Ola Ström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 42 minutes, Kjell Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Älghult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Karl-Axel Landin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tjällmo IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Älghult the free kick. 46 minutes into the match, Kjell Eriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Fogel. Tjällmo IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Eriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjell Eriksson made a kick off. Jens-Ola Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Grelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Älghult got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Haraldsson. Andy Bollström spun around in front of the goal 54 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Älghult's goal. Älghult's Jens-Ola Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Grelsson in the 56th minute of play. Sigvard Grelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magnus Kullander hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sigvard Grelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jens-Ola Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Fogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Eriksson in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Tjällmo IF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Leonard Ahlbeck hit a great ball. With a little luck, Tjällmo IF's Axel Fogel got control of the ball when Leif Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Kjell Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älghult's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell Eriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Axel Fogel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Fogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Eriksson in the 82nd minute of the match. Kjell Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Eriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Axel Fogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonard Ahlbeck during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Älghult booed when Tjällmo IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Ahlbeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th match minute, Tjällmo IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melker Harlén to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Eriksson in the 93rd minute of play forced Tjällmo IF's goalkeeper Axel Fogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kjell Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
