Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mikael Lindberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Henning Kolberg took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pål Wallin. Pål Wallin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Fabian Alegren's late challenge caught a Sjövik BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Alegren helped the player get up and apologised. Sjövik BF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harald Deckbergh in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Harald Deckbergh got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ivan Lindqvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Henning Kolberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Wallin having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Jens-Erik Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Viktor Gallberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brandstorp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sjövik BF the free kick. The supporters of Sjövik BF booed when Brandstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Gallberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Harald Deckbergh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Lindqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Brandstorp's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Blom came free, but Ivan Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Lindqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Blom's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The supporters of Sjövik BF booed when Brandstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Sjövik BF's Sven Tham sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Lindqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Sjövik BF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jens-Erik Bergfeldt hit a great ball. Brandstorp's Fabian Alegren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 40th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pål Wallin but with some difficulty. Ivan Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Tham in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Folke Westerstrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brandstorp and the Sjövik BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 47 minutes, Mikael Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brandstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 59th minute, Sjövik BF's Sven Tham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Lindqvist. Ivan Lindqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Lindberg in the 66th minute of play forced Sjövik BF's goalkeeper Pål Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Tham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Tham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Andy Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjövik BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Blom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Lindqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Brandstorp's Ivan Lindqvist got control of the ball when Andy Blom tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match Fabian Alegren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pål Wallin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 89 minutes into the game, when Jens Sandwall put in a rough tackle. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sjövik BF! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Brandstorp. Fabian Alegren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pål Wallin. 2-1. Sjövik BF's Pål Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Lindberg in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brandstorp had played much better football throughout.
