Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Klövedal's Torgny Eliasson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Evert Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 6 minutes into the game, Jonstorp's Evert Sjöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvard Alström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Marcus Walmarsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 10th playminute. Peter Berggren made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Marcus Walmarsson sent off a good shot on target. After 14 played minutes Jonstorp got a freekick which was hit by Johan Bolander. Peter Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Vennerdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Marcus Walmarsson in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peter Berggren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christian Melberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Alström having to interfere. If Torgny Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Jonstorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Bennet to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Melberg to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Johan Bolander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonstorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Bolander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvard Alström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Klövedal's zone, Christian Melberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Alström came out of the goal and Christian Melberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Evert Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Melberg struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Edvard Alström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonstorp. Claes Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Marcus Walmarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Berggren having to interfere. Jonstorp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Edvard Alström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Melberg in the 91st minute of play. Christian Melberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvard Alström having to make a save. In the 96th minute, Kjell Bennet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klövedal's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
