Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jarl Nordström started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Hans Emander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Visby FF's goalkeeper Börje Grönlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tim Wassenius. Hans Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tim Wassenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Börje Grönlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tim Wassenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Grönlund having to interfere. Kaj Brovall hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Tim Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hans Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Visby FF's Börje Grönlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Visby FF from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Fabian Billberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hans Emander got free in front of the goal in the 33rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Börje Grönlund was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Emander was the one to do the kick off. Jarl Nordström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Smitt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Wassenius in the 59th minute of play forced Visby FF's goalkeeper Börje Grönlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hans Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Visby FF's Börje Grönlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Emander in the 72nd minute of play. Börje Grönlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Wassenius in the 76th minute of play. If Hans Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Tim Wassenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nyhammar IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tim Wassenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd match minute, Visby FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Brovall to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Nyhammar IK's Hans Emander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Börje Grönlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Visby FF got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Billberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Wassenius in the 89th minute of play forced Visby FF's goalkeeper Börje Grönlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Visby FF booed when Nyhammar IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Erik Haström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thor Pihl took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Smitt. Samuel Smitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Nyhammar IK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Visby FF to win.
