One couldn't see Morgan Termander behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. 16 minutes into the match, Thomas Isaksson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Jädraås's Michael Dahlberg. Michael Dahlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Torgny Öberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolbäck RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Torgny Öberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Dahlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michael Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Isaksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Erling Pil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bertil Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jack Söderkvist made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Bertil Lindqvist sent off a good shot on target. Michael Dahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Damm charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Damm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kolbäck RK booed when Jädraås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Damm didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torgny Öberg to make the kick off. Jädraås's Bertil Lindqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jädraås's Michael Dahlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Jädraås from getting a goal against them. After 59 played minutes Kolbäck RK's Thomas Isaksson stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Michael Dahlberg stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Jädraås of the goal. After 60 played minutes Jädraås got a freekick which was hit by Filiph Lundqvist. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kolbäck RK's goalkeeper Jack Söderkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Öberg in the 66th minute of play forced Jädraås's goalkeeper Michael Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Isaksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Öberg in the 70th minute of play. Jack Söderkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erling Pil in the 71st minute of the match. Michael Dahlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Wallengren in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Jädraås's Bertil Lindqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jack Söderkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 80 minutes into the match, Jädraås's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Öberg came free, but Michael Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jädraås's Michael Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Öberg in the 92nd minute of play. Thomas Isaksson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Kolbäck RK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Michael Dahlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Isaksson in the 96th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Bertil Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jädraås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Lindqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Torgny Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kolbäck RK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
