Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Östen Blomqvist started the match with the kick off. Gunnar Boström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Hamberg having to interfere. Östen Blomqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bernt Grubb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sture Ryberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Bernt Grubb 12 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Agunnaryd IF defense, Sture Ryberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Grubb. The Agunnaryd IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Grubb should have stopped the shot. Alexander Hamberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Boström , who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Agunnaryd IF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Richard Ahlén hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Zebastian Ljungberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Zebastian Ljungberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunnar Boström to strike the kick off in the second half. Arlöv IK's Alexander Hamberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Boström in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Östen Blomqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernt Grubb was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Agunnaryd IF's zone, Sture Ryberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Grubb came out of the goal and Sture Ryberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Stig Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Gilbert Bergqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernt Grubb showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Agunnaryd IF's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Blomqvist came free, but Bernt Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnar Boström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd match minute, Arlöv IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kennet Bergman to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes Agunnaryd IF got a freekick which was hit by Richard Ahlén. After a rather tough play, Agunnaryd IF's Oskar Åström got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Agunnaryd IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Ryberg came free, but Bernt Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sture Ryberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Bernt Grubb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Östen Blomqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernt Grubb was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Arlöv IK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Agunnaryd IF for a fine match.
