After 3 played minutes Billingsfors got a freekick which was hit by Tage Bryngelsson. In the 4th minute Jan Bogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billingsfors's Simon Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Sundström in the 8th minute of play. Ola Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Eliasson having to interfere. Harry Markusson's late challenge caught a Källby BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Markusson helped the player get up and apologised. Simon Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, Billingsfors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Markusson to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Hydén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Eliasson having to interfere. Billingsfors's Simon Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Arvidsson in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Källby BF booed when Billingsfors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Rosendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ola Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Ola Arvidsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Billvall in the 42nd minute of play forced Källby BF's goalkeeper Henry Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billingsfors's Per-Erik Granström got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agne Källberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Per-Erik Granström struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Henry Fagrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billingsfors. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the game, Billingsfors's Staffan Billvall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henry Fagrell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The attack was good, but when Aaron Axelsson in the 61st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Olov Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Eliasson having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Olov Sundström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Källby BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Sundström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ola Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Källby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Arvidsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th match minute, Billingsfors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Markusson to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Ola Arvidsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Billvall in the 82nd minute of play forced Källby BF's goalkeeper Henry Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 91 played minutes, Billingsfors's Tage Bryngelsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henry Fagrell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Billingsfors reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 100th minute, Ola Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Källby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Arvidsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Billingsfors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
