Fritz Back sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin Lind prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edward Västerstrand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Edvin Lind made a huge save. After 62 minutes, Sture Törnkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blattnicksele and the Åhus FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Åhus FF's Staffan Ahlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Blattnicksele's Edvin Lind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Blattnicksele from getting a goal against them. Michael Björck's late challenge caught a Åhus FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
