Alfred Vedholm charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Vedholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Röfors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Vedholm to maneuver through the defense. Jerry Godholm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matthias Simonsson. Röfors's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Georg Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Simonsson having to interfere. A collision led to Röfors getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Magnus Lundkvist hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Lerdala FF's Georg Magnusson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matthias Simonsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lerdala FF's Jörn Ekman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Karlberg in the 20th minute of play.
