Tobias Hybbert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Falk in the 3rd minute. Daniel Kruuse hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Malte Fastesson made a great header on Brunflo IFK's corner, it was just that Genarp's Tobias Hybbert managed to reach the ball for a save. Brunflo IFK's Edward Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Lövskog in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Brunflo IFK booed when Genarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Aronsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Falk came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobias Hybbert could save by the left post. Edward Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Aronsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Brunflo IFK's Tobias Hybbert threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alvin Örtendahl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 40th minute, Gustav Julin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Aronsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Larsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Folke Bergfelt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvin Örtendahl made a kick off. In the 54th minute Ingvar Falk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Hybbert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malte Fastesson made a great header on Brunflo IFK's corner, it was just that Genarp's Tobias Hybbert managed to reach the ball for a save. 56 minutes into the match, Brunflo IFK's goalkeeper Edward Larsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Modig. Alvin Örtendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brunflo IFK's Ingvar Falk got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johan Kellbom during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Johan Kellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Genarp booed when Brunflo IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Larsfelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Brunflo IFK's Leif Larsfelt got a free kick in the 80th minute. With an all-out effort, Genarp's Edward Larsson threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dennis Modig, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tobias Hybbert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Örtendahl in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Gustav Julin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Alvin Örtendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brunflo IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvin Örtendahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Hybbert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genarp's Tobias Hybbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Örtendahl in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
