Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lars Rolandsson started the match with the kick off. Håkan Bohlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Emil Arhenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arne Åkesson got free in front of the goal in the 11th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Villiam Wästerberg was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Robert Strömberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Varnhem BK's Emil Arhenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Rolandsson in the 17th minute of play. Emil Arhenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Varnhem BK's Arne Åkesson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Villiam Wästerberg. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Arman Gustavsson's late challenge caught a Varnhem BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arman Gustavsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Bergsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arman Gustavsson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Varnhem BK booed when Bergsjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Nordstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Rolandsson struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Emil Arhenius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergsjö. When Robert Termander came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Varnhem BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Termander couldn't finish the play. Emil Arhenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Håkan Bohlin went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Arne Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Wästerberg having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Åkesson was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Nordstedt during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Villiam Wästerberg came out of the goal and Robert Termander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Rolandsson in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Arhenius saved Varnhem BK from getting behind. Henry Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Emil Arhenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Termander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Villiam Wästerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Termander in the 69th minute of the match. Arne Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Villiam Wästerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Varnhem BK's Robert Termander, in the 75th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Varnhem BK. When Bror Helberg fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varnhem BK's protests and gave Bror Helberg a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Varnhem BK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Bergsjö's Alex Vacker got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emil Arhenius. After 96 played minutes Bergsjö got a freekick which was hit by Henry Nordstedt. 96 minutes into the match, Varnhem BK's Sten Lidström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Håkan Bohlin in the 101stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Arhenius, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Varnhem BK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Bergsjö to win.
