Roger Bolander's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Wiktor Åkerström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Karlssons fotboll booed when Garphyttan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Vennerlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stefan Larsfelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Hellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match Karlssons fotboll got a corner. Garphyttan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tord Hellbom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Garphyttan's goalie and right to August Hermansson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Garphyttan's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Stefan Larsfelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Glad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Henry Glad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Larsfelt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Roger Bolander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Wiktor Åkerström made a huge save. Brian Tinglöf struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Wiktor Åkerström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garphyttan. Tord Hellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Roger Bolander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garphyttan's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Bolander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Åkerström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henry Glad struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Stefan Larsfelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karlssons fotboll. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garphyttan's goalkeeper Stefan Larsfelt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Garphyttan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karlssons fotboll were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Tord Hellbom made the kick off in the second half. August Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Larsfelt having to interfere. The Karlssons fotboll fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Karlssons fotboll's Tord Hellbom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 64 minutes, Roger Bolander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garphyttan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Bolander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Tord Hellbom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefan Larsfelt. Tord Hellbom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Gustav Brandin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Åkerström having to interfere. Garphyttan's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tord Hellbom 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Tord Hellbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stefan Larsfelt. That made the score 0-6 in the 95 minute of play. The Garphyttan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Karlssons fotboll were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
