Folke Harman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Olofsson in the 9th minute of the match. If Bernt Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Kälarne's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Kvarnström came free, but Folke Harman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Wikander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Ånger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Davids having to make a save. When Arman Sandberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Владимир Путин BK's protests and gave Arman Sandberg a yellow card for diving instead. Alfred Ånger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Davids having to interfere. In the 21st minute, one of Владимир Путин BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Владимир Путин BK. The referee gave Kälarne a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paul Björling, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Владимир Путин BK's Edgar Davids. 1-0. If Bernt Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kälarne's Jack Alefors got a free kick in the 29th minute. Edgar Davids made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Ånger in the 37th minute.
The wind increased when Bernt Wikander made the kick off in the second half. Hans Kvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Folke Harman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Bernt Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A collision led to Kälarne getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jack Alefors hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes, Владимир Путин BK's Erland Svensson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Folke Harman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Владимир Путин BK reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Hans Kvarnström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Владимир Путин BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Kvarnström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Harman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hans Kvarnström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Kullander's late challenge caught a Владимир Путин BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Kullander helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Kullander kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Hans Kvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Biörkman during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kälarne booed when Владимир Путин BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Biörkman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Kvarnström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Harman having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Erland Billvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Владимир Путин BK's Bernt Olofsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Folke Harman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Bernt Olofsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Folke Harman to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Владимир Путин BK booed when Kälarne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Alefors didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Michael Löfgren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kälarne's Folke Harman didn't even have to move.
