Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Folke Carlsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Edvin Pihlblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Berggren, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Olov Åkerström came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Husby-Rekarne BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Åkerström couldn't finish the play. Alafors IFK's Edvin Pihlblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Berggren in the 13th minute of play. Isac Landin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Carlsson in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Folke Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alafors IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Carlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Landin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Husby-Rekarne BF booed when Alafors IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isac Landin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Landin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Västerberg in the 33rd minute of play. Alafors IFK's Christoffer Västerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match, Christoffer Västerberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isac Landin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Reine Stenqvist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the game, one of Husby-Rekarne BF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olov Åkerström to make the kick off. When Christoffer Västerberg came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Alafors IFK fans jumped to their feet. A collision led to Husby-Rekarne BF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tom Fagerberg hit a great ball. Folke Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Landin having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Husby-Rekarne BF's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Carlsson came free, but Isac Landin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rudolf Frykberg kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Isac Landin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Västerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Husby-Rekarne BF's zone, Christoffer Västerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Landin came out of the goal and Christoffer Västerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Christoffer Västerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alafors IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoffer Västerberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olov Åkerström took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Pihlblad. Edvin Pihlblad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Christoffer Västerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alafors IFK's Folke Carlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Folke Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Landin having to interfere. Olov Åkerström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Pihlblad having to interfere. The Husby-Rekarne BF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Husby-Rekarne BF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
