Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) George Matsson made the kick off and thus started the match. Casper Gadd was a little too slow when Jarl Ånger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Romakloster's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Klint, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casper Gadd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Ånger in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Romakloster's goal looked a bit too open when Egon Kristiansson came free, but Jan-Olof Klint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Björn Wester got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 24 played minutes Romakloster got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Beckman. Lukas Offendahl was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 27th minute of the match, Björn Wester got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casper Gadd was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Vaxholm IK's Egon Kristiansson in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Jan-Olof Klint guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jarl Ångers short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Casper Gadd to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Björn Wester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Gadd having to interfere. Jarl Ånger might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Gadd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarl Ånger ran back to his position shaking his head. Björn Wester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Gadd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Adam Runeberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vaxholm IK and the Romakloster players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adam Runeberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Jarl Ånger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Gadd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Matsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jarl Ånger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Vaxholm IK's zone, Björn Wester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Gadd came out of the goal and Björn Wester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicklas Smefeldt hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Casper Gadd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarl Ånger in the 55th minute of play. When Romakloster's Jarl Ånger in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vaxholm IK's goalie prevented a goal. Björn Wester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Gadd having to interfere. Egon Kristiansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jan-Olof Klint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casper Gadd didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarl Ånger went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Michael Östlund hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match Lukas Offendahl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Olof Klint showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gabriel Beckman's late challenge caught a Vaxholm IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Beckman helped the player get up and apologised. Gabriel Beckman kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Matsson in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Olof Klint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 minutes, Michael Östlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romakloster and the Vaxholm IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan-Olof Klint was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lukas Offendahl. After a defensive mix-up in Vaxholm IK's zone, Jarl Ånger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Gadd came out of the goal and Jarl Ånger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casper Gadd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Ånger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jarl Ånger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Gadd was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Vaxholm IK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
