Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when George Matsson made the kick off which started today's match. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gunnebo's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Wik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gunnebo getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jonathan Bark hit a great ball. Jan-Ove Wik acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lukas Offendahl. Melker Friberger struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Casper Gadd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gunnebo. Egon Kristiansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jan-Ove Wik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. George Matsson struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jan-Ove Wik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaxholm IK. 35 minutes into the match, Gunnebo's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Wik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egon Kristiansson. After a defensive mix-up in Gunnebo's zone, Egon Kristiansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Ove Wik came out of the goal and Egon Kristiansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan-Ove Wik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Matsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute George Matsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Wik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melker Friberger made a kick off. A collision led to Vaxholm IK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Klas Västerberg hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Melker Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Gadd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Simon Bergström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Egon Kristiansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vaxholm IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egon Kristiansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Vaxholm IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. Gunnebo's Jan-Ove Wik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Kristiansson in the 76th minute of play. Casper Gadd came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Gunnebo's Simon Bergström. But to his dismay, Simon Bergström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. George Matsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Wik having to interfere. In the 88th minute of the match Lukas Offendahl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Ove Wik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egon Kristiansson in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Ove Wik saved Gunnebo from getting behind. Nicklas Smefeldt's late challenge caught a Gunnebo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicklas Smefeldt helped the player get up and apologised. Nicklas Smefeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Simon Bergström got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Vaxholm IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gunnebo:s goal. The Vaxholm IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gunnebo's performance. The match ended with a win for Gunnebo.
