Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nils-Åke Vassenius kicked off to start the match. Sven-Edvin Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Alegren having to interfere. In the 30th minute Tor Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Alegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Edvin Danielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Henning Alegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tor Skarkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Vattholma FF defense, Sven-Edvin Danielsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henning Alegren. The Vattholma FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henning Alegren should have stopped the shot. Georg Bryngelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Sixten Wallin when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tor Skarkman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sixten Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Vassenius in the 52nd minute of play. Hillared's Tor Skarkman got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vattholma FF's Henning Alegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Åke Berggren in the 98th minute of play.
