Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Måns Stephansson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With an all-out effort, Djursholm IFK's Rutger Wik threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Georg Vesterberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Djursholm IFK's Jack Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Qvalfeldt in the 7th minute of play. Jack Lindkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Qvalfeldt in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Måns Stephansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Lindkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Mathias Söder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Wik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holger Överman hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Rutger Wik came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Djursholm IFK's Paul Jespersson. But to his dismay, Paul Jespersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Hyssna IK booed when Djursholm IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Sjödin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Paul Jespersson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rutger Wik, 3-0. Jack Lindkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Qvalfeldt's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Djursholm IFK's Paul Jespersson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. If Peter Hedström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Hyssna IK's goalkeeper Rutger Wik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Jespersson. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathias Söder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Vesterberg in the 52nd minute of play forced Hyssna IK's goalkeeper Rutger Wik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Hedvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, Djursholm IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Vesterberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Måns Stephansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Lindkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Hyssna IK's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Söder came free, but Rutger Wik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Måns Stephansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Lindkvist having to make a save. 82 minutes into the game, Paul Jespersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Djursholm IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hyssna IK the free kick. After 82 played minutes Djursholm IFK got a freekick which was hit by Paul Jespersson. Peter Hedström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Lindkvist having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Stephansson in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jack Lindkvist saved Djursholm IFK from getting behind. Rutger Wik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Hyssna IK's Michael Qvalfeldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jack Lindkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hyssna IK's Måns Stephansson got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Holger Överman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Djursholm IFK and the Hyssna IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jack Lindkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Måns Stephansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hyssna IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Djursholm IFK.
