Peter Ahlin took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Öberg. Anders Öberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rikard Alberg struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Hugo Söder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angkor Wat FC. Karl-Ove Almkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Johannes Strandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Billesholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Strandberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johannes Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Anders Öberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johannes Strandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Öberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Ahlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Simon Lindell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börje Tingelholm during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, one of Billesholm:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Billesholm. Hugo Söder came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Angkor Wat FC's Karl-Ove Almkvist. But to his dismay, Karl-Ove Almkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Simon Lindell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Söder having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Rikard Alberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Hugo Söder to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Angkor Wat FC's Isak Sjögren got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Peter Ahlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Angkor Wat FC got a freekick which was hit by Vidar Ahlström.

The wind increased when Peter Ahlin made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Rikard Alberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Söder came out of the goal and Rikard Alberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rikard Alberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Söder having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Ahlin in the 71st minute of play forced Angkor Wat FC's goalkeeper Anders Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Söder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Lindell went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 79 played minutes Angkor Wat FC got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Alberg. The supporters of Angkor Wat FC booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Ekenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Peter Ahlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Ahlin took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Öberg. Anders Öberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 93 minutes into the match, Angkor Wat FC's goalkeeper Anders Öberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johannes Strandberg. Johannes Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Anders Öberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Billesholm's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
