Konrad Rudkvist's late challenge caught a Hägersten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Rudkvist helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hägersten booed when Stoby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Rudkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes, Stoby FF's Jan-Olof Åström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Villiam Åkesson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stoby FF reached it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Björkdahl made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Jens-Åke Persson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hägersten and the Stoby FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stig-Ove Jonsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stig-Ove Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Håkansson in the 65th minute of the match. After 66 minutes of play, Hägersten's Per-Åke Björkdahl made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig-Ove Jonsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hägersten's Evert Håkansson got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Per-Åke Björkdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hägersten's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Björkdahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig-Ove Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villiam Åkesson was a little too slow when Sören Strömberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 3-1. Villiam Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Strömberg in the 86th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Stoby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Håkansson came free, but Stig-Ove Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Hägersten's Per-Åke Björkdahl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Ove Jonsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
