Evert Håkansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dag Kvalfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Hägersten's Dag Kvalfält threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per-Åke Björkdahl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Villiam Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Helström, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Pär Påk might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Villiam Åkesson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pär Påk ran back to his position shaking his head. Torsövargarna IF's Dag Kvalfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Åke Björkdahl in the 17th minute of play. Hägersten's Villiam Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Helström in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Torsövargarna IF! If Tommy Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Hägersten's Per-Åke Björkdahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dag Kvalfält made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Björkdahl made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Per-Åke Runberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olof Jonsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Per-Åke Björkdahl notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Torsövargarna IF's Dag Kvalfält. Dag Kvalfält was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Villiam Åkesson was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Tommy Helström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tommy Helström really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. If Tommy Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Helström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Per-Åke Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Tommy Helström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torsövargarna IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tommy Helström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Villiam Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 played minutes Torsövargarna IF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Runberg. After 81 played minutes, Hägersten's Olof Jonsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dag Kvalfält came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hägersten reached it. Per-Åke Runberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agne Busk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Villiam Åkesson came out and tried to block the shot, but Agne Busk slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 86th minute. Agne Busk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Åkesson having to interfere. Dag Kvalfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Håkansson in the 94th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per-Åke Björkdahl in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dag Kvalfält prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 96 played minutes Torsövargarna IF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Runberg. Hägersten succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Torsövargarna IF had controlled the match.
