The supporters of Tived IFK booed when FC Bajgora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Hedström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Edwin Jakobsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benjamin Majman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to FC Bajgora getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jens-Ola Hedström hit a great ball. FC Bajgora's Benjamin Majman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Jakobsson in the 30th minute of play. Per-Olof Nordin charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Olof Nordin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bertil Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Majman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasper Hallgren in the 37th minute. If Per-Olof Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the game, Allan Kling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bajgora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tived IFK the free kick. Bertil Gustavsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andréas Ersman having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Benjamin Majman came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tived IFK's Kasper Hallgren. But to his dismay, Kasper Hallgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dennis Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Bajgora's Allan Kling got a free kick in the 57th minute. Per-Olof Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andréas Ersman having to interfere. Kasper Hallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 78 minutes, Gösta Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Bajgora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Lund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gösta Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andréas Ersman having to interfere.
