Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Thor Ekgren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tobias Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Ekgren in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Laxå's Sebastian Sjögren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eddie Ek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Vacker in the 11th minute of play forced Svågertorp FF's goalkeeper Eddie Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Thor Ekgren took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tobias Johnsson to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Eric Odeen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Svågertorp FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Odeen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Johnsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Ekgren in the 18th minute of play forced Laxå's goalkeeper Tobias Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, Laxå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Christoffersson to maneuver through the defense. Per-Åke Vacker's late challenge caught a Svågertorp FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Åke Vacker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Per-Åke Vacker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark Beckman hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Manfred Alfors struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Tobias Johnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svågertorp FF. Manfred Alfors hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute of the match Kurt Stensson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eddie Ek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tobias Johnsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gabriel Lindblom. Eric Odeen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Odeen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Tobias Johnsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Per-Åke Vacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eddie Ek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

53 minutes into the game, Thor Ekgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tobias Johnsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Svågertorp FF's zone, Per-Åke Vacker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Ek came out of the goal and Per-Åke Vacker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thor Ekgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tobias Johnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric Odeen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Johnsson having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Manfred Alfors was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svågertorp FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laxå the free kick. Manfred Alfors kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Jarl Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Svågertorp FF's Eddie Ek got control of the ball when Sebastian Sjögren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Åke Vacker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Odeen in the 91st minute of play forced Laxå's goalkeeper Tobias Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Svågertorp FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Bergfelt to maneuver through the defense. Laxå's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
