Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wilhelm Hernström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Söderquist got free with Bo Bruse in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Johan Falk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Jönsätt in the 11th minute of play. Per Söderquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bo Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Staffan Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Johan Falk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Pungbo 66 getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kåre Albohm hit a great ball. Pontus Sellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Wilhelm Hernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Pungbo 66's goalkeeper Bo Bruse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Söderquist. A collision led to Pungbo 66 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fred Isaksson hit a great ball. If Per Söderquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Wilhelm Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Bruse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilhelm Hernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Söderquist struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Bo Bruse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linghed. Wilhelm Hernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Bruse having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Staffan Bergman made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Rasmus Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Söderquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bo Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Bruse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Söderquist's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Bo Bruse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Söderquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute Staffan Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Johan Falk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Staffan Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pungbo 66's supporters crossed their fingers, but Staffan Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Linghed's Karl-Johan Falk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Bergman in the 76th minute of play. Karl-Johan Falk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Staffan Bergman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Johan Falk came out and tried to block the shot, but Staffan Bergman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 80th minute. Per Söderquist might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Bruse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per Söderquist ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilhelm Hernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Bruse having to interfere. If Wilhelm Hernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Staffan Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Karl-Johan Falk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Hernström might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Bruse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilhelm Hernström ran back to his position shaking his head. The Pungbo 66 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
