Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eric Fribäck kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Hemmingsmark IK's Eric Fribäck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wictor Nykvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joakim Smefeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wictor Nykvist having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Holsbybrunn IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Kaxe to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Stenquist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Karl-Åke Bergren, was totally fooled by Holsbybrunn IK's Daniel Spets, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Joakim Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arne Trulsson came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Hemmingsmark IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Trulsson couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Holsbybrunn IK's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Trulsson came free, but Wictor Nykvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Johan Erserman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viggo Häll in the 34th minute of play forced Hemmingsmark IK's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Bergren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Holsbybrunn IK booed when Hemmingsmark IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Johan Erserman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Karl-Åke Bergren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Bergren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 47 minutes into the game, Jonas Kaxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holsbybrunn IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hemmingsmark IK the free kick. After 47 played minutes Holsbybrunn IK got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Kaxe. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viggo Häll was the one to do the kick off. Karl-Johan Erserman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Karl-Åke Bergren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Bergren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Erserman, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Joakim Smefeldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Wictor Nykvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Bo-Erik Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Holsbybrunn IK's zone, Anton Molin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wictor Nykvist came out of the goal and Anton Molin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Åke Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viggo Häll in the 65th minute of play. If Joakim Smefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Karl-Johan Erserman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hemmingsmark IK's Karl-Åke Bergren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arne Trulsson during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 played minutes Hemmingsmark IK got a freekick which was hit by Arne Trulsson. Viggo Häll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Hemmingsmark IK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Holsbybrunn IK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
