Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kurt Fransson started the match with the kick off. Fredric Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Alexander Uggstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Telefonplan booed when Älghult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Lenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredric Åström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Haraldsson having to interfere. Manfred Eckegren had great luck who in the 25thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kurt Fransson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. A collision led to Älghult getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sven Walroth hit a great ball. Sture Björkqvist was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute of the match Paul Julin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fredrik Haraldsson skillfully saved the ball. Fredrik Haraldsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Åström in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Älghult's Fredric Åström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fredrik Haraldsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Telefonplan booed when Älghult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Uggstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kurt Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredric Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Uggstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredrik Haraldsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Fredric Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Alexander Uggstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Uggstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fredric Åström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fredrik Haraldsson having to make a save. Telefonplan's Manfred Björnsson got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Uggstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Haraldsson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Telefonplan's Christian Skark got a free kick in the 61st minute. Claes Bjursell, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 70th minute Alexander Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Haraldsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Björkman hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Fransson in the 76th minute of play forced Älghult's goalkeeper Manfred Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredric Åström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Telefonplan's Fredrik Haraldsson got control of the ball when Fredric Åström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Telefonplan's Fredrik Haraldsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Uggstedt in the 90th minute of play. Fredrik Haraldsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredric Åström in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Älghult's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Björnsson came free, but Manfred Eckegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Åström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Haraldsson having to interfere. Telefonplan succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Älghult had controlled the match.
