Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Falkenbergs FF's Thomas Finman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patrik Ahlbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jonathan Nordgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Nyman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dan Uter made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Sandström in the 8th minute of play forced Falkenbergs FF's goalkeeper Dan Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falkenbergs FF's Dan Uter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Falkenbergs FF from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Sparsör RK's Roger Nyman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dan Uter. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Vilhelm Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Uter having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Sparsör RK's Vilhelm Sandström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Uter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morgan Haraldsson's late challenge caught a Sparsör RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morgan Haraldsson helped the player get up and apologised. Morgan Haraldsson kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Falkenbergs FF's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Sandström came free, but Dan Uter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Roger Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Falkenbergs FF's zone, Roger Nyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Uter came out of the goal and Roger Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 43 minutes, Max Täman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sparsör RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Täman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Nordgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Ahlbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 48 played minutes, Falkenbergs FF's Bengt-Rune Hääger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Nordgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Falkenbergs FF reached it. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilhelm Sandström to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Thomas Finman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 54 minutes of play, Falkenbergs FF's Patrik Ahlbom made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Nordgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Nordgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Finman in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60thth minute of the game Roger Nyman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falkenbergs FF's Dan Uter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomas Finman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilhelm Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Uter having to interfere. Sparsör RK's Roger Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 76 minutes, Michel Dahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sparsör RK and the Falkenbergs FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sparsör RK's Michel Dahlberg got a free kick in the 76th minute. Falkenbergs FF's Ingmar Björklund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Nordgren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sparsör RK's Roger Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sparsör RK booed when Falkenbergs FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingmar Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Falkenbergs FF's Dan Uter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Nyman in the 96th minute of play. Thomas Finman might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Nordgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Finman ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Sparsör RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
