Krister Beneth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krister Beneth got free with Algot Hagström in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andy Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Algot Hagström having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and George Göransson made a kick off. A collision led to Upplands Väsby getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonas Smitt hit a great ball. If Krister Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Andy Johnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book.
