After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Ove Stensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 12thth minute of the game Ove Stensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ärla IF's Jonny Söderman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivar Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Nyberg in the 14th minute of the match. Ärla IF's Jonny Söderman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Stensson in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Eldsberga FK booed when Ärla IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Ahlbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Asmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Söderman having to interfere. The supporters of Ärla IF booed when Eldsberga FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Näfver didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eldsberga FK's zone, Lucas Målare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Jönsson came out of the goal and Lucas Målare tried to chip the ball over his head. Eldsberga FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ärla IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Eldsberga FK's Vilhelm Håkansson got a free kick in the 37th minute. Ivar Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Modig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Modig in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivar Jönsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ove Stensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonny Söderman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Harry Modig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ivar Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sten Asmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Ove Stensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eldsberga FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Eldsberga FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
