Sivert Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Fribäck in the 13th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Magnus Dahlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stellan Skark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sivert Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo-Erik Myhr in the 27th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Sven Wiman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stellan Skark was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Magnus Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Wiman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Stellan Skark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Magnus Dahlgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magnus Dahlgren to make the kick off. Ledbergs IF's Sivert Åkerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Rosendahl in the 62nd minute of play. Ledbergs IF's attentive John Benett managed to snatch the ball when Bernt Bålström made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Sven Wiman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute of the match Folke Kock shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stellan Skark showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st minute, Sven Wiman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ledbergs IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in nikop fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Ledbergs IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
