Hooligans's Ola Esbjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Uggla in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Uggla in the 7th minute of play forced Hooligans's goalkeeper Ola Esbjörnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Sundberg scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ola Esbjörnsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Mattias Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Hooligans's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Sundberg came free, but Ola Esbjörnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Rang in the 17th minute of play forced Vrena FF's goalkeeper Jerry Backman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Rang, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With his leg Jerry Backman managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Hooligans's Robert Hernström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Robin Uggla struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Ola Esbjörnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vrena FF. If Mattias Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vrena FF's Robin Uggla got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robin Uggla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Sundberg in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ola Esbjörnsson saved Hooligans from getting behind. Jerry Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Hernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The supporters of Hooligans booed when Vrena FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Kielstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerry Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Rang in the 62nd minute of play. Robert Hernström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jerry Backman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Uggla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Ola Esbjörnsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 69th minute Peter Rang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hooligans getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Folke Bergman hit a great ball. Mattias Sundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ola Esbjörnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Hernström might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerry Backman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Hernström ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Peter Rang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hooligans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Robin Uggla in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ola Esbjörnsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hooligans succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Vrena FF had controlled the match.
